1.5” (3.5 cm) wide elastic band about 10-15” (25-38 cm) long

Gauge:
MC yarn with US 4 (3.5 mm) needles:
4” = 24 sts (in stocking stitch)
CC yarn with US 4 (3.5 mm) needles:
4” = 22 sts (in garter stitch)
